Hot Springs, Arkansas - May 31st

One of the Bath Houses that was used in the early 1900's.


This is Bill's country!!! I had forgotten about that until we hit town. Question for Jacob. There is a town here called Texarkana. Can you tell me what two states this town is named after? Can you find it on the map?

This is the only running hot springs you can see now. When Clay was a kid they came here and he said the springs were everywhere you looked.

This town is in the mountains and what a sight when you first come into town and see all the bath houses on one side of the road and shopping on the other. Now it is just a tourist attraction and only one old bath house is still being used. We went up to an overlook to take this picture. Very hot and humid today. Tomorrow we will be in Morrilton visiting with his cousin he hasn't seen in over 40 years.
